From paper to digital

Nicole Schwarzmann, the manager of KiTa plus, faced a major challenge a few years ago. Complications arose during her pregnancy and she suddenly found herself without a deputy. The search for a quick solution led her to 2getHR.

"I am absolutely delighted with 2getHR. It makes our lives so much easier and almost eliminates the need for an assistant," says Nicole. The software not only offers financial benefits, but also significantly optimises work processes. She particularly appreciates the automatic calculation function, which makes tasks such as calculating holidays much easier. This is invaluable in a non-numerical environment.

Before the introduction of 2getHR, employees completed their time reports on paper. Both the manual transfer to Excel and the calculation of overtime and undertime were error-prone tasks. By having employees enter their working hours directly into the system, these sources of error are eliminated and everyone has an overview of their working hours and holidays at all times.

Expense management has also become much easier. Instead of a flood of receipts and manual reconciliation, all expense receipts are digitised and easy to manage. Nicole remembers with a smile the chaos that used to exist, which disappeared as if by magic with the introduction of 2getHR.

Another benefit is the centralised management of all employee data and documents in 2getHR. Appraisals can be done directly in the platform and all relevant documents are stored there. This means an end to piles of paper and the ability to access the information you need anytime, anywhere.

Of course, using 2getHR does require a commitment from employees to ensure that all data is captured promptly and accurately. But overall, the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages and make a significant contribution to increasing efficiency and simplifying the management of KiTa plus.
