Efficient project management
The Chur-based software company Eturnity develops software for the renewable energy sector. In order to process support services more efficiently and to ensure a precise overview of expenses, Eturnity evaluated various time tracking tools.
"What convinced us about 2getHR is the extraordinary depth of its time tracking features," explains Jannik Wuchner, Technical Project Manager at Eturnity and responsible for the evaluation of 2getHR. "With 2getHR we can divide our projects into numerous sub-projects and actively manage them. This gives us an unprecedented overview of the workload per sub-project".
Jannik Wuchner points out that there are alternatives, but they cost many times more. But that's not all. "Thanks to 2getHR's open interfaces, we can seamlessly integrate time tracking into our existing IT infrastructure. This applies not only to our client system, but also to the IT infrastructure in general. New customers, sub-projects and open development tasks are automatically transferred to the time tracking system, which saves us an enormous amount of synchronisation work".
The Eturnity team also uses other 2getHR features such as absence management and expense recording. "Whenever possible, we like to support Swiss companies," says Mr Wuchner. "But with an HR product like this, it's even more valuable because it already takes into account the specific circumstances in Switzerland."
